We are a BCIN Qualified, Registered and Insured Building Practitioner with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing in Ontario.
We prepare and deliver Residential, Small Building or Large Building Permit Drawing Packages.
New Buildings, Interior Alterations or Extensions.
Provide Egress Plans, Fire Safety and Code Compliance review for Large Buildings.
We have a Professional Engineering firm on our team that will review and Stamp any structural designs outside the scope of a BCIN Designer.
We will facilitate the Permit Application process for you.
